In these three unique sessions, I combine practical life skills with energy clearing methods to facilitate the shifts you would like to experience in life.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
We get a clear understanding of where you are and where you would like to be in your life. A questionnaire will be given to you before the session to map out your goals and identify what you would like to achieve.
DURING EACH SESSION
We have 90 minutes of breakthroughs. Each session caters specifically to where you are and what you need to transform to the next step in life. You will learn a range of techniques that you can continue practising easily on your own. These include:
- Positive thinking skills like affirmations
- Safe emotional release techniques
- Mindfulness exercises
- Guided awareness
To soothe the transition process, energy balancing methods are used. These include:
- Medical Intuition System
- Aromatherapy
- Human Design
- Hands-on healing similar to Reiki

I will create an easy-to-follow guide for you with next steps to help you on your journey.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
Transitions may be tricky. I am accessible to you during this time for support through calls, texts, or emails.
POST JOURNEY SUPPORT
To empower you through the transformation process, and to ensure that you reach your goals, we will have three-15 minutes calls every three weeks after the last 90-minutes sessions have ended. This is when you get to address any challenges you may be facing, or share insights during this exciting period where you get to apply what you have learned to manifest the life you desire.
