This is the first week of the new year. As January finds its way, I recall my journey last year in setting up this new career as it made the same tentative steps.
I had started out feeling invincible for I finally found my calling. I eagerly made plans and confidently fixed deadlines. Clearly, the Universe / Source / God had other plans. I was led me through twists and turns that dashed my hopes and pride. After announcing to the vast cyberspace about a planned workshop that I later had to postpone due to insufficient numbers, felt like a shameful stab in the ego that I was not good enough. Hindsight is perfect vision. I learnt proverbial lessons.
Soil has a feel of a muddy mess. We sometimes stir in natural fertilizers with sharp stench to enrich it further, for that fledgling seedling to emerge an experienced evergreen.
2016, I am ready for the trials and thrills you may bring. I am grateful for all experiences on this universal road as it takes me to a far better place than I could ever imagine. Thank you.
